The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Our cabin is in a prime fishing location on the Little Red, less than 15 minutes from Downtown Heber Springs and the breathtaking, 40,000 acre Greers Ferry Lake. It's the perfect place for you to come relax, unwind and spend quality time with your friends and family!

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. If you’re in the mood for some lake time, you’re just 10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina on Greers Ferry Lake, where you can enjoy boating, swimming, or simply taking in the stunning views.

Great Place to make Family memories! Awesome 3 story lighthouse with fabulous views from all the windows and including massive outdoor deck surrounding 3 sides of the lighthouse. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.
