It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Apartment has a queen bed, 2 chairs, dresser, small loveseat, TV (with Fire Stick for streaming); kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven/broiler, microwave, blender, utensils, cookware; bathroom. There is a private entrance plus a slider out to the patio (yours during your visit), with our expansive gardens. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..

Private entrance to the full 1st floor with an ocean view in quiet neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with full sized bed, private bathroom, private living room with dining area, gas fireplace, tv and couch. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot plate included are in the apartment. There also is an additional outdoor H/C shower, private patio and gas grill.

Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
