Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. From the fully furnished interior to the beautifully landscaped yard and patio, you'll find a relaxing space located within steps of shops, restaurants, the Farmers Market, the TJ Evans Bike trail, and Denison University. Truly the best location in the village!

Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.

It is a new build. a studio apartment attached to the garage in the back of property. Awesome location can walk into the village of granville, and Denison university and the bike path is right behind property also.
