A hidden gem in Hilo, this studio is attached to our family home, situated in a safe, slightly hilly walk from downtown Hilo. This studio unit has its own private entrance through the side gate of the main house. The unit and its lanai look out onto our backyard where our pet goats reside. This property sits on Kalanianaole Park which is on Hilo Bay. The Ice Pond is next door and connects to the ocean. Close to town, just 2 miles from the airport close to shopping and restaurants. We are in a busy area and there is noise but the location is convenient and the house is well equipped. If you are sensitive to noise this is not your house. If you want charm on the ponds of Hilo this is your house!
