It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

The studio is part of our property, but it has its independent entrance around the house, it has a bathroom, independent kitchen, we offer WiFi, Netflix for your comfort. the room is practically like the size of a hotel room, but with its own kitchen, all in one place. Dahlonega is the wedding capital of Georgia, there are 10 wineries in area and hiking and biking trails. Located close to Historic Dahlonega, a popular 'Hallmark town' we attract visitors for the history, the wineries, outdoor trails and the Holly Theatre. Amicalola State Park attracts people from all over the world. Cleveland, a nearby town is the home of Babyland General! A must see destination is Helen, a alpine village. All around is great hiking, biking and beautiful views!

A renovated retreat close to shopping, restaurants, downtown square, hiking trails, parks, and Lake Lanier. The unit is a private guest suite/studio in the basement of a residence. We offer free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests, a kitchenette equipped with cookware and utensils, a two-burner stovetop, and a Breville toaster oven. The SmartTV is equipped with Roku and guests have free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and MaxHBO. No pets allowed.
