The apartment is in Central Hvar Town, walking distance to the boulevard, beaches, and restaurants, yet away from the noise. Ferry docks are 3 minutes away. The house with the studio apartment is located near the local marina „Bilo Idro“ and on a cliff above the sea. From the outside area of the apartment is a stunning view to the west of the island of Hvar (towards the town of Hvar), to the Red Rocks and the Adriatic sea. The house is surrounded by old pine trees that provide natural shade and refreshment in the hot summer days. The studio apartment has its own entrance and parking, and a separate outside space.
