Free parking and always a spot available! A quiet and safe area in the green south of Amsterdam. No breakfast. NOT CITY CENTER of Amsterdam...that's why it's the CHEAPEST.

I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Welcome to houseboat Lazy Luscious, or in Dutch, "Luilekkerland", named after the old fairy tale. This barge, built in 1912, once used for transportation of goods, is now a place to live, love and create. Located very central yet in a quiet and non-touristy area, you get the best of both worlds; the vibrant city life as well as a place to give you peace of mind while having many luxuries at hand. With this vision we renovated the boat in 2019 and we are honored to share it with you!

Small (18m2) but comfortable studio with private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette with micro wave and one portable induction hob (you can warming up food but not cooking) fridge, coffee machine and a cooker. You have your own patio and parking space for your bycicle. It is well located, only 5 min from the well known neighbourhood De Pijp. You are in 10 min in the middle of the city centre because metro (Spaklerweg) and train (Amstelstation) are very nearby.

This beautiful apartment is located in the 'Museum Quarter'. It is spacious (60m2), very light and offers a lot of comfort. There a fully equipped kitchen (without gas stove), air conditioning and good beds. Within walking distance of all museums.
