Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

Treehouse w/ HOT TUB & Wi-Fi, secluded

This newly built secluded Treehouse is fully furnished with everything you'll need to make for a relaxing & comfortable stay! This home provides a queen bed upstairs and set of queen size bunks downstairs on the main level. Outdoor seating & hot tub available. Within walking distance to The Eleven Point River. The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love!
