Do experienced Co-Hosts need to meet specific requirements?
Experienced Co-Hosts must be existing Hosts or Co-Hosts with an average rating of 4.8 or more who have hosted or been part of a team that has hosted at least 10 trips on Airbnb. This platform is available in select countries worldwide to Hosts who are looking for hosting support. It’s currently available in the U.K., Australia, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and in five states in the U.S.: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, and Illinois.
Is my property eligible?
You’re eligible to use an experienced Co-Host if you have an entire place that you’d like to list on Airbnb, whether it’s a house or an apartment, that’s located in one of the areas where an experienced Co-Host operates. As a reminder, it’s a Host’s responsibility to make sure they know the laws and rules that apply to hosting where they are.
How do I pay my Co-Host?
You’ll agree on a fee with an experienced Co-Host before they get started. This fee may be a flat fee per booking or a percentage of the total booking amount per trip. You will be able to share payouts on your bookings with your Co-Host directly on Airbnb.
The Co-Host Services Platform enables Hosts to connect with experienced Co-Hosts who provide a variety of hosting services. This platform service is powered by Airbnb Living LLC and Airbnb GSL Ltd and is currently available in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, Canada, the U.K. and in select U.S. states (Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, California and Florida). The Luckey platform is offered by Luckey SAS.
