This bright and spacious basement suite is in central in Vernon close to all amenities, and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops throughout and the cupboards are all loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the master there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & another bathroom! Additionally, there is in-suite laundry, private on site parking, and a shed for extra storage.

Come relax in this beautiful house with a cottage feel on 8 acres. Enjoy lake views from 2 sundecks and private hot tub, walk/snowshoe in a private forest, or cozy evenings inside with blankets and books in the livingroom. Kids have their own entertainment upstairs; Netflix, Wii, and foosball table. This entire house can accommodate up to 6 people with a master bedroom on the main and large open second floor. Unwind at our quiet and spacious basement suite in the beautiful Okanagan. Overlooking the stunning view of the valley, our space features everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You can often find us around working on the farm, so never hesitate to ask us if you require any assistance while you enjoy this spacious and serene space and view. Included use of original Jacuzzi J480 model and one time (by appointment ) up to an hour visit in our outdoor Dundalk barrel Sauna.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

We're situated in the North BX which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden puttering around with our sweet flock of chickens, pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya. Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. Cambium Cidery 10 min walk away.
