This home is for people intent on veering off the beaten path in search of tranquility and solitude. It has patch reefs where you can go out snorkeling . There are lots of coconut palms so you can make your own island drink. It's such a beautiful place to relax and feel the ocean breezes. The sand beach is lovely for walking. Tuatea, which means "Crest of a Wave" welcomes you to spend a few days in this beautiful ocean front home on the protected side of Cat Island in the Bahamas. You may see a couple of yachts anchoring in the bay as you sip your coffee on the front deck. The mile long crescent bay invites you for a swim or kayaking

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. 360 degree water views overlooking crystal clear Caribbean water and estuary behind the home that is a nursery for sea turtles and other sea life. Take the kayas and paddle boards (included) and explore. Afterwards, relax with a drink on the huge lower deck or upper deck off of the 360 degree glass room on the second floor. Be mesmerized by the magnificent sunset and crystal clear water or gaze at the endless stars of the night sky.

This holiday home is located in Fernandez Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches of the planet, a treasured vacation spot of the island. Conveniently a few minutes drive from the New Bight airport, The Fish Fry and grocery stores.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
