Located just two short blocks from downtown, this 1950's ranch has been styled as a throwback to its original era, but updated with modern amenities. Comfort begins with a queen-bed bedroom, a bedroom with two full-sized beds and a large roll-away that can be placed to your preference. Brand new kitchen appliances will make food prep a breeze and an open floor plan will help maximize your time together. A large backyard is available for use by guests. At this time, the basement is not available.

Brookings is a wonderful little town! The perfect little bedroom if you want to be a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. You will have the entire basement to yourself. During the summer months, you can walk to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. This is our second time hosting an Airbnb. We live on site with our baby and fur babies, so please let us know if you have any questions or need anything.
