Relax with your whole family or maybe a small group. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, can accommodate multiple people. We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Great two bedroom condo 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from IU campus. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Easy access from I-69. Will accommodate 5 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. Woolery Mill, RCA park and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is Switchyard Park, with free EV charging for four hours. We might NOT be able to answer questions AFTER 11PM EDT.
