Ty Paulette est une petite dépendance de la maison principale qui est aussi en location à 20 mn du village, et 25 mn du port à pied, elle a été conçu pour un couple et PMR (personne à mobilité réduite), petite mais confortable vous y serez comme dans un cocon, dans ce havre de paix de notre village Kerdurand à Groix, vous y trouvez tout, salle de bain, cuisine et jardin arrière à votre disponibilité, que vous soyez en situation de handicap ou pas, elle saura vous séduire par sa simplicité .

Enjoy views from the terrace. We offer a quiet place to relax for a few days with wine tasting if you are interested. Guests have car parking on the property. Bedroom 1 has "a grand largeur" bed, 2 single beds side by side. Bedroom 2 has a 140 cm wide double bed. Guests can use the brick wood fired bbq entertaining area that also offers great views.
