This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. Welcome to the beautiful city of Winchester! I have self contained central accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a lounge with fridge/tea/coffee making facilities and your own private front door accessed from the street at ground level. The accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house, now fully completed. Dating from the 1850’s it still retains a Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light, airy space.

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.
