Brookings is a wonderful little town! The perfect little bedroom if you want to be a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. You will have the entire basement to yourself. During the summer months, you can walk to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. This is our second time hosting an Airbnb. We live on site with our baby and fur babies, so please let us know if you have any questions or need anything.

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.

This is a newly renovated home in a residential community. It is boasting minimal design and art touches while keeping comfort at a high priority. Enjoy the comfort of the beds, the garden in the back or a comfortable chair (couch soon) while watching HBO or Netflix on a 75 smart TV. The home is less than a mile from campus, the kitchen is stocked, there is a heated garage if needed, and the home is all yours if you book.
