With a pool, kayaks, SUP, hiking trails, bikes, and birding, there's little reason to leave the property! Max of 8 adults. No parties. No Pets. Renters must sign a Rental Agreement & provide $250 refundable damage deposit. Pool open April-Sept 30th, NOT heated. 5% local room tax will be collected after booking.

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Big Cozy Loft Overlooking the Farm and River

The Loft is located above the apiary workshop.  It is an expansive king room with bath.  Walk-in shower has a rainforest head. Views of the donkey pasture out your window!   From one side you have a view of the farm & river, the other apiary, gardens & river.  The loft is the perfect place to cozy up.  Each morning you will have a farm fresh breakfast.  The loft has a small refrigerator, tea, coffee with all your necessities. No WiFi/TV or smoking on property. No children in Loft.

Blackwater & Snakehead Farm "She Shed" Tiny House

The "She Shed" Tiny House is the best bargain & unique stay around! This Tiny House is made from a traditional 10'x18' shed and is solar powered! It's surprisingly spacious with a full size bathroom, kitchenette, lofted twin bed, day bed & trundle bed! The home borders a sheep pasture, barn, goat pasture & chicken coop!
