Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

“Tobar nan Iasgair” means “Well of the fisherman”, for centuries, fishing boats would anchor here to fill up with fresh water. It’s a spacious family home, there's a huge sitting / dining room with wonderful views across Loch Linnhie, Benderloch, Ben Cruachan, and to the ferry terminal, and Island's, comings and goings. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Ardvergnish Cottage is a stunningly remote place to escape to on the beautiful Isle of Mull. A haven for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, you only have to step outside the door to see hen harriers, curlews, and sea eagles. The deer go down past the house in the evening to feed on the marsh, joining the otters who live there. It is centrally located for exploring the island in every direction.
