This is our holiday home, close to family in the quiet and friendly village of Aith, Shetland.
It is a great location as the village has a shop, Leisure Centre, Harbour and Marina, play park and is a 5 minute walk to the fantastic ‘Michael’s Wood’. This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

Ervhouse Bed and Breakfast (private bathroom)
Ervhouse is a Grade C listed farmhouse situated near the edge Weisdale Voe. It has enjoyed a busy life since it was built as the factor's house for Kergord House in 1856. The west wing which faces the sea was added in the 1880s when it became a halfway house where horses were changed travelling to the westside of Shetland. The ground floor rooms were used as a waiting room, where passengers could sit by the fire or they could rent the rooms upstairs.

The self-contained flat is situated at the North end of the main property, above the garage so please be aware that there is a staircase for easy access as it has its own entrance and hallway.
You will have access to our own waterfront & jetty so if you have a kayak or small boat you're welcome to use the facility, the garage can be used for the drying area.
