This lovely studio apartment is located just walking distance to White Rock Lake and the Arboretum Botanical Garden. It’s a perfect small cozy stay to enjoy the city with everything being so close. The studio comes with all the essential amenities you need, a queen-size bed, smart TV, WIFI, full renovated kitchen, washer & dryer and your own parking with private entrance to the property.

Private, comfortable, cute 450 sq. ft. studio with a plush queen bed, queen sleeper-sofa, well-equipped kitchenette, lounge area, dining area/workspace, and separate garden space with a picnic table. It has a full bathroom with a closet equipped with plenty of hangers. It is a perfect home-base for enjoying a beautiful neighborhood highlighted by White Rock Lake, The Dallas Arboretum, and easy access to Downtown, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. We accept pets! Additional $50 non-refundable fee per pet.
