this is a 3 bed/2 bath house on 2 acres surrounded by farmland! This property is located 5 mins from Boling, Tx and 10 mins from Wharton, Tx. There’s pond out back to cool off, with a liner and sand covering the liner so no sticky feet getting in and out. back yard is setup for BBQing with a couple different option to cook on. their is also a swinging firepit for the cold days. This is a pet friendly home just please let me know you’re bringing a pet and how many. There is a pet fee.. Thanks!

This fully furnished dwelling was built in 2010 as a temporary residence while our home was built. It has a full kitchen with granite, washer/dryer, bathroom and bedroom with king tempurpedic bed. It is completely separate from the main home. No smoking or pets allowed.
