This is a newly built house (July 2021) in a brand new neighborhood which is almost built out. It is quiet and peaceful only 10 minutes from charming downtown Deland, 10 minutes from a lovely "hidden" park Hontoon Island where you take a little boat across the Sct. John's river to the island where there are hiking, kayak rentals, biking, and picnicking opportunities. We are 45 minutes from the beach in New Smyrna and an hour away from Orlando.

Located 5 mins from both Historical downtown Deland and Stetson University. Daytona International Speedway is only 30 minutes away and Daytona Beach is 40. The Guest House is located on a large wooded lot in a private neighborhood with a private driveway. The 700 sqft living area includes a sitting room with 5 reclining chairs to enjoy a 65" TV with Cable & Blu-ray... also is a Keurig, Refrigerator and Microwave. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and adjoining spacious bathroom.
