Happy Valley manor is a modest, clean and economical place to stay that is close to Penn State University (23 Min) and Lock Haven University (24 min). It is close to Bald Eagle State park, and many other outdoor activities such as world class fishing, Mountain biking, kayaking and Hiking. The quaint town of Jacksonville is quiet and relaxing. You will often see Amish buggies driving through town. The back yard has a firepit for gathering and the home has been recently upgraded inside.

We are located in Happy Valley just 15 miles from the Penn State University Park Campus/State College, right off of Interstate 80 and I99. Gas, food, and groceries are all within 5 min. of the property. We are children and pet friendly. Private bedroom, full bathroom, and living room suite.

Private entry Loft style studio apt w/ high ceilings and modern/ rustic mix. Easy walk to Elk Creek cafe, coffee shop, art gallery, etc. Great spot to explore beautiful Penns Valley-- Amish/organic farms, trout fishing, rock climbing, tubing, etc. Pets 15-25$(no cats) night & must be approved. 2 night Min for psu event weekends. 20 Miles(25min drive) to PSU/State college. Space for air mattresses but you must bring yours.
