I will explain the equipment we use, help you get the saddle fitted to your needs, and demonstrate how to ride the horse and use the equipment. Walk downtown Salt Lake stopping at the best coffee shops, cafes and local hotspots for the best downtown has to offer. Have a fun Instagram worthy day of light refreshments, drinks and local culture along with tons of tips and suggestions for the rest of your trip. We will also use the local trax train to help you learn how to navigate the city using public transportation. In total we will spend about 3 to 4 hours together visiting some of the most well-known sites in the city such as Temple Square, Gallivan Plaza (one of the sites of the 2002 Olympic games) and Library Square as well as some local favorites such as the Pie Hole, and Ken Sanders Rare Books. Stopping at coffee shops, cafes, and locations based on your interests and food preferences. The best part about traveling with a local is that I can adjust to help create the best experience for the group.

Our Peekaboo Slot Canyon Tour takes you through some of the most unique and breathtaking terrain in Southern Utah. The tour leaves from the center of Kanab, Utah at the Kane County Visitors Center PARKING LOT. Your tour guide will transport you in the comfortable 4WD vehicle just 7mile north on Highway 89. We'll begin with an in-depth tour of our Past Worlds gallery and end with a behind-the-scenes visit inside our Paleo Lab. In the gallery, we will talk about dinosaurs found in Utah (some known exclusively from our own collections) and explore the ecosystems and adaptations that make these animals so fascinating. Inside the Paleo Lab, we will get a sneak peek at the projects that our paleontology volunteers are working on and learn about the techniques used to prepare our most recent discoveries. The tour is for adults and teens 13 years or older. Teens 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum number of participants is 10. Admission is complementary with purchase of the experience. Admission fees cannot be deducted from the package price. Tour length is approximately 2 hours or so, depending on group discussions. Face masks are optional and not required.

This tour combines two of Southern Utah's most popular activities: exploring scenic slot canyons and horseback riding. First we will climb into the saddle at the stables and conduct a brief riding lesson for the inexperienced riders. On our Red Rock Slot Canyon guided hiking tour you will have the chance to see the slot canyons of Southern Utah in a way that most never will. It is a unique and unmatched activity when visiting Zion. We will begin with greetings. Any necessary special equipment for the trip will be provided. Make sure you bring water! We will explain the trip goals and expectations, and answer any questions. Canyon conditions may be wet or dry. The tour begins with a beautiful and adventurous 4X4 drive over rugged terrain. Once at the mouth of the canyon, we will set out on foot. Immediately you will be immersed inside the red rock hallways. This is where wonder and amazement truly set in as you see the intricate detail and vibrant beauty within the slot canyons. Many people come to Utah to experience the vast deserts, serene beauty and epic landscapes. But few know that you can experience this so close to downtown Salt Lake City. Along the way we spot for wildlife, with a wild herd of 600 American Bison roaming the island. Amongst the Bison we'll watch for coyote, bobcat, antelope, porcupine, big-horn sheep, mule deer and if the season is right up to 200,000 migratory birds. You can truly experience Nature in its finest form on this beautiful island. We'll pick you up from the Hilton Hotel Downtown (255 South West Temple) We drive the island and visit both the west and east sides, wildlife spot and explore the epic views.

Our private ATV Adventure tour begins at Quail Creek State Park, where you are surrounded by majestic mountains near a turquoise reservoir. After being outfitted with safety gear, you will ride with or follow our professional guide to a beautiful waterfall oasis in the middle of the desert! Throughout your tour, you'll be guided by experienced local tour guides who will provide you with all the necessary safety equipment and instruction. Stargazing Zion is pleased to host you, family, and friends for an entertaining evening of stargazing and astronomy in a field adjacent to the newly dedicated International Dark Sky Park, Zion National Park. Starting with a brief 10-minute walk to our dark sky location, our guides will then familiarize you with the night sky as astronomical twilight begins to set. Each guest lounges in their own zero gravity pod. These pods conform to your body, eliminating pressure points to make it comfortable and easy to view the star-filled sky. Each guest also has a pair of Celestron Outland X Binoculars to view the sky from their pod. Our astronomy guides will present a 120-minute program that includes state-of-the-art telescopes and laser pointers to guide you around the constellations and objects of the night sky. We also provide guests an up-close view of celestial objects (galaxies, nebulae, clusters) through our powerful telescopes. These telescopes are operated with a keypad and are as easy to use as sending a text. Telescopes are pre-programmed with our object list for the night. Pressing one button on the keypad moves the telescope to the next object.
