Built in 1844 the property was originally the blacksmiths for the village of Uplowman. The lovely garden has several seating areas by the stream that runs through it. Recently renovated, Waterside is light and airy with contemporary decor. The house has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and all the bedrooms have super king size beds. If you are a surfer it's 50 mins to the north coast and for shoppers it's 25 minutes down the M5 to the beautiful Cathedral city of Exeter.
