You’ll be part of our crazy big family for a day and join us as we walk the tiny medieval streets of Palombara Sabina to Grandma’s kitchen, located in the old winepress where our great-grandpas used to make wine that the community tapped straight from the barrel (or in Grandma's home... according to the weather). It's a special place for our family and the entire village. We will cook Ravioli, Fettuccine and Farfalle... you will be in a food coma at the end of the experience! Please fully read the description. I want to show you not the usual turistic spot but very beautiful places I love. 3 amazing spots: 2 seaside bays and 1 river spot. We'll move along the North coast close to the town of Terrasini, snorkeling, exploring and discovering the Mediterranean environment. All the spots are rather ROCKY with a very clean blue and turquoise water, and the last one will include some natural hot springs along a river, to finish relaxing in the warm water. This tour will be the best way to discover and enjoy the nature of Sicily. It's up to the host (and conditions) to start the tour visiting a nice sandy beach on the way. Lunch is around 1.30 p.m. with the possibility to eat traditional pasta with fresh fish, street food or ice cream (lunch not included). The time schedule is very elastic, according to needs and expectations, but it's also a RESPONSABILITY of each guest to be able to visit all the spots planned. In each spot WE'LL WALK to reach the spot and to return back at the car. This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. If you wanna try something creative and magical this is the experience for you! We will meet at Circus Maximus for your Incredible Light Painting photoshoot! You could be my model and create unique portraits with this technique. Light Painting is an art form of using torches to paint or draw in a scene while a camera shutter is left open during a long exposure photograph. You can also experiment and learn to create fantastic effects. You will also have the opportunity to use my professional tools: optical fiber, light tubes, sparkles! They will be easy to use and very fun! Once our photo tour is over, I will send you all the photos via email to share and/or print them! So First step I'll give aprons, and we'll start creating the dough. You gonna receive all explanations about ingredients. its process and secrets, step by step you'll make your neapolitan dough! Second step will be about cutting the dough, through a special and old technique of more than 600 years, called "mozzatura", learnt from mozzarella chefs. After i will give you a local starter. This part is very important for you to understand the high quality of products that everybody should use while cooking. Finally we gonna make the Margherita pizza! I will show you how to stretch out pizza dough and add ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does. I'll explain you each ingredient but a little focus more on our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

Experience a unique view of Faraglioni di Scopello from a transparent kayak. We will start the tour from Cala Mazzo di Sciacca Beach and paddle through the Faraglioni di Scopello. We will first check you in when you arrive, give you some basic paddle instructions and give an overview of the tour. You will be surprised how easy is it to paddle our kayaks. The paddle will last about 2 hours depending on the speed of our group. We will be sure to take plenty of pictures and give some awesome unique facts about the area. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e vi verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Ai passeggeri verrà offerta una piccola degustazione di prodotti locali e verrà data la possibilità di acquistare a bordo bevande fresche ! Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio.
