We will pick you up with our van from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch (approx. 30 min drive). Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour in the beautiful olive grove of the Historical Villa called "Torre a Cona". After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and we will walk to the Villa. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

Discovering Chianti is a unique and delicious experience, especially if done with an expert. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. Tour will start from Porta San Miniato (one of the oldest entrance Gate of Florence) and after a ride we will begin to "climb" through little country roads, beside ancient Florentine walls,olive and cypress trees . Our first stop will be at "San Miniato al Monte", a little gem stone set in one of the most picturesque districts of Florence "Diladdarno", probably the highest point to admire Florence, after we will continue our journey to discover the most beautiful chianti views, on the way we will stop at Pian dei Giullari, for your perfect pictures with "LUIGI" and "MARIO", in the places where the greatest painters took inspiration to paint the most beautiful city in the world. Tour will continue with the most famous and known panorama terrace on Florence, Piazzale Michelangelo!

During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta, how to prepare a good savory sauce to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place! I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating. We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour in the beautiful olive grove of the Historical Villa called "Torre a Cona". After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and we will walk to the Villa. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

Discovering Chianti is a unique and delicious experience, especially if done with an expert. By taking part to this tour, you will travel thought breathtaking Tuscan landscapes, enjoying the typical hills and vineyards. You'll will visit 3 wineries: a beautiful luxurious winery villa, then two small local family winery, where you will have the chance to learn about production processes, visit the cellars and taste their wines, paired with traditional Tuscan appetizers and extravirgin olive oil. The itinerary will then lead you the hearth of Chianti: here you’ll have the impression to be inside a movie, thanks to the rolling hills around it and the extremely narrow streets that create a magical atmosphere. We will finally arrive in Greve in Chianti and admire its unique square. This is the capital of Chianti Classico wine area. We will visit the historical butcher shop where you will be overwhelmed by taste, while sampling their products and you will enjoy an Aperitivo. As a perfect conclusion of the tour, you will be driven to Florence. Other things to note: Clothing: dress comfortably/weather appropriately. Shoes: wearing heels is not recommended, especially thin ones, due to walking, vineyards, and cobble stone streets. Please note: Pick up and drop off in Piazza Cavalleggeri. "Italian Opera in concert" is a season of opera concerts. You will listen every night lyrical concerts with arias from the Italian lyric repertoire. Mostly you will listen arias from La Traviata by G. Verdi, La Boheme, Tosca, Madama Butterfly by G. Puccini, Barbiere di Siviglia by G. Rossini, Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni by W. A. ​​Mozart. The concerts will be performed by professional singers accompanied by piano. The concert lasts one hour. It starts at 9. 15pm and ends at 22:15 When you will arrive, at the reception You will find to welcome you Me (Elena, if I will be not the sing of the concert) or Hiroko or Albert, my friend. The seat are free, so you can diced your favorite site. I subjest you to arrive at 8.45 pm or 9.00 pm. Other things to note The concert will start at 9.15 pm. Seats are free.

Questa camminata include tutti i maggiori punti di interesse e, in aggiunta per i tour con partenza precedente alle 16, qualcosa in più: nascoste fra le piazze più conosciute si trovano piccole chiese ed oratori, aperti per poche ore al giorno, che solitamente passano inosservati. Tenendo a mente ciò, l’itinerario cambierà giornalmente. Da storica dell’arte, mi concentrerò in particolar modo sull’aspetto visivo della città, sulle architetture ed i meccanismi interni che ne hanno modellato l'aspetto: a partire dalla chiesa di San Lorenzo, custode delle tombe medicee, scopriremo perché la Cupola del Brunelleschi fosse considerata impossibile da realizzare o perché Michelangelo definì "del Paradiso" le porte del Battistero. Ricostruiremo la Firenze medievale di Dante passeggiando fra le sue torri centenarie mentre ne rivivremo la crescita e fortuna attraverso gli occhi (ed i possedimenti) dei Medici. L'obiettivo è quello di rendervi Firenze un luogo familiare, a cui tornare con piacere, grazie al dialogo che istaurerete con le sue "mura": ogni luogo parla di sè; non esistono città deludenti, solo ascoltatori poco attenti.
