The delightful stone cottage dates back 150 years and includes everything you need for a wonderful break, in a beautiful countryside location. Within walking distance of great pubs and bistros it is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Lancashire and having the added benefit of being only 12 miles from City Centre Manchester and Salford Quays

Our House has an upstairs living arrangement, bedrooms located on ground floor. Full of natural light, and fantastic 360º views of the West Pennine Moors. Fabulous walking & biking area. Breakfast continental style - cereal, yoghurts, pastries/toast, fruit juice, tea/coffee. Good selection of restaurants, pubs, cricket club, local park for children. Parking = 1 car, however there is adequate and safe road parking at end of private/gated drive.
