A great spot and a little closer than some other beaches, this is a private beach, part of the Flete Estate. There is chargeable parking in a field then a short walk to the beach. You have The School House for food and drinks/toilets (located next to the car Park) also the local surfing cow ice cream is made just up the road.

Not easy to get to... a bit of a walk and only open Wed and Sunday I believe. Blue velvet was filmed here... great for rockpooling ... I love this beach if going for the day. No loos or cafes here

A beautiful sandy beach which is great in summer and winter for walking swimming or surfing. There is a large car park which you have to pay for from April-October (£5) and then it’s a short walk down to the beach. Either head for the larger beach at the bottom of the hill where you can walk along the vast sands at low tide or through the gate and down to the smaller beach where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Remember to check the tide times as there is not a lot of beach at higher tide!
