Most districts in Hong Kong have a central market and cooked food center. I recommend a walk through the market. Fresh vegetables 1st floor, Butchers 2nd floor, Cooked food 3rd floor. Really Cheap!

The closest Cooked Food Market, follow the stairs and escalator up to the 3rd floor (until you see tables). TIP: some do have English menus, just ask (or point to food). $ good value
