There is a Pannier Market in Bideford, trading Tuesdays to Saturdays, whilst Butchers’ Row (a selection of small mainly craft shops) is open Monday to Saturday. You will find the Pannier Market by walking up the High Street and taking a left turn into Grenville Street. A little way down this street is the pannier market.

Market days are Tuesdays and Saturdays but both butchers' row and the cafe in the main hall are open Tuesday to Saturday (NB: Tuesday markets are currently not operating and the Saturday markets tend to special events - information correct as at November 2023). There are craft shops in butcher's row as well as an old-fashioned sweet shop.
