Well, I doubt you might reach it by public transport, it's in the far end of Naklua. But if you will, get ready to discover the quiet, peaceful and somewhat rural part of Pattaya - it's only the beach, old fishing boats and an unobstructed sea view of a breathtaking beauty at sunsets. The cafe itself is nice, serving thai food mainly, but foreigners will definitely find a bite. Evening live music is present, though it's 99% thai. Close to it there's an old fishing pier (the guard at the entrance will charge you some 20 baht even if you do not have any fishing gear), going quit far into the sea, offering the best view at the Temple of Truth and Pattaya center possible - from the water.
