You can see one of our cities landmarks right out one of the bedroom windows! We suggest taking a tour to the top of the Vulcan to see its museum that shows so much of our cities history!

This is arguably the most well known attraction in the City of Birmingham. The godlike installation is perched high atop Red Mountain and over looks the city. It is a beautiful space to explore as a family or a date night option. It is also a popular location for proposals and weddings.

Great view of the city, informative museum! The Vulcan statue is the largest cast iron statue in the world, and is the city symbol of Birmingham, Alabama, reflecting its roots in the iron and steel industry. The 56-foot tall statue depicts the Roman god Vulcan, god of the fire and forge. It was created as Birmingham's entry for the Louisiana Purchase Exposition (1904 World's Fair) in St. Louis, Missouri. The statue is the world's largest iron-ore statue, and among the nation's tallest.
