The Se is the solid and imposing cathedral that was the religious centre for Portugal. open every day from 7:00 until 19:00. no admission fee to the main cathedral but all visitors must be suitable and respectively dressed. The cloisters are open every day from 10:00 to 17:00
Its construction began in the second half of the twelfth century, after the conquest of the city from the Moors by D. Afonso Henriques, and today presents itself as a mixture of architectural styles. It has been classified as a National Monument since 1910.
