It’s an urban oasis filled with gorgeous plants and beautiful garden and home accessories. It’s got all of these plants on the outside and a small Ritual Coffee Roasters cafe, which is local. You get your cup of coffee and sit in these incredible heated outdoor modern chairs by Galanter & Jones—also made in SF—and it’s like being in paradise! They carry planters by Urban Farmgirls that are made from something a bit like concrete but more earth friendly in all different shapes. People like to put succulents in them. They’ve got little tiny ones and great big ones for landscape gardening and they’re poured just a mile down the road.
This is a locals place to buy the best plants near the Mission. They have an eden created to explore and learn about your favorite green friend. There is a coffee place inside which would be perfect after a bike ride.
Modern, open-air gardening center offers unique plants, decor items, chic pottery & an espresso bar.
More than a garden store, Flora Grubb is an experience. If you like plants or garden design, this is a must visit. Grab lunch across the street at All Good Pizza and make an afternoon of it!
Beautiful garden store. Enjoy a coffee under a palm tree in this spectacular setting.

“Run by at-risk youth, the place serves delectable soul food. Old Skool Cafe has received numerous awards for its work in the community and critical acclaim for its food. An experience not to be missed. ”

“Step out of your comfort zone and enjoy some gourmet comfort food inspired by Ethiopian ingredients. For the uninitiated, Ethiopian food is a diverse mix of flavors that centers around teff and injera (although I don’t think Radio Africa serves injera on a regular basis or at all). Radio Africa does sort of a more contemporary take and incorporates a lot of Western ingredients and cooking styles. Regardless, you’ll definitely come back for more. ”

“One of San Francisco’s ecological treasures, Heron’s Head Park is a 22-acre open space and thriving wildlife habitat located in the City’s Southeast Sector. Teeming with native plants and a wide variety of birds, Heron’s Head Park is one of the few wetlands on San Francisco’s shoreline, and is an example of restoration success. Heron’s Head Park attracts more than 100 bird species a year and is used for education and recreation by thousands of bird-watchers, hikers, students, teachers, and visitors from around the San Francisco Bay Area, The land is owned by the Port of San Francisco, which works to enhance, expand, and preserve the Park.”
