If you are in Bimini, you must try this place. They have authentic Bahamian pizza, which is a little sweeter than the American counterpart. It is delicious!

Edith's is known for her Lobster pizza made with Bimini bread crust. But don't let the name fool you. She also makes delicious local Bahamian food like peas and rice and cracked lobster, cracked conch & fried fish. I recently tried her grouper fingers which were soooo delicious. A guest recently told me they tried their ribs and they were outstanding . Edith is located about a 2 minute drive outside the resort. You will find her behind the pink wall on the left side. Be patient because food is good but it does take a while. Only cash accepted.
