8 MINUTES Yelp Review: Count me as one that was skeptical. Good Mexican food in Granby? But we came here recently, and my dining companion declared it better than Puerto Vallarta (a pretty good mini-chain). Strong words. There's a lot to like about this place. Good service, nice atmosphere, family-friendly, yet still enough for adults to indulge. A big and varied menu. I really enjoyed the Rancho burrito. Filled with good ground beef, it was really tasty, particularly with the guacamole in ample supply. One dining companion had a shrimp dish -- another big hit. While another got a chicken dish that was almost a like a Chicken Marsala with mushrooms. It was delicious.
