Best Carbonara in town. The place where famous artists, actors, writers used to have dinner. Pasolini was a frequent costumer.

Pommidoro, known as favorite Pasolini's restaurant, is a traditional Roman trattoria. Its menu offers a good selection of local Roman dishes from pasta alla carbonara to tripe, porcini mushrooms and is specialized in different kind of meats perfetcly roasted in his wood oven

Best carbonara EVER! Try also Spiedone di Pajata.... delicious! Non-vegetarian. Beware: there is very much pepper in carbonara
