Betul is a small coastal village in South Goa, which is located in Salcete Taluk (Salcete region), 24 km from Margao city. This is not only a nice resort but also a fishing port, where both fishing boats and ocean-going trawlers are bringing their catch to.

The beach also has a 17th-century fort along with a small lagoon and a slew of shacks. Treat your taste buds with the finest seafood by visiting this little paradise. To reach the beach, you will need to take a Cavelossim - Assolna ferry which would help you cross the Sal River. It might be quite far, but its tranquil vibe would certainly leave you in the space of trance.
