Great for seeing the Exe Estuary by walking,cycling,sailing,and taking the Topsham to Turf Ferry from Trouts Boatyard . Situated on the Lock of the Exeter canal it is a very popular place to eat great pub grub and enjoy outside space with fantastic views.

I love this pub. It is sat at the end of the canal and alongside the River Exe. I love to take my bike or kayak from Double Locks pub and peddle/paddle down the canal to this pub. Great food/drink with beautiful views of the River Exe.

You can mostly only get here by boat, ferry (from Topsham), by canoe/kayak or bike and it's well worth the journey to this fantastic pub with great food, drinks and scenery.

One of the few pubs in the UK that doesn't have direct access by road. Wonderful to cycle to for drinks and food with amazing views over the Exe estuary
