Another family owned and operated indy, the owner is an absolute stand-up gent - Simon is coffee roaster by day, DJ by night. Also an avid collector of vintage motorcycles and coffee machines which are now on display at his roastery in Stapleford Granary, CB22 5BP. Take a little bike ride out to Haslingfield and you can visit his wife Nilu's cafe - the Moringa Tree. Haslingfield is also an idyllic little english village much smaller than Cambridge with church grounds, and a gift shop. Well worth the visit!”

It's understated by day, and warm and cavernous by night. Owner knows lots about whiskey and there are vintage one-offs available by the glass. Worth it if you treasure your whiskey moments. ”
