“Marco’s has been on this list before and it’s been added back on for one main reason: over 10 years after it first opened its doors a couple of blocks from Coors Field, it’s still consistently churning out some of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the city. Those pizzas, which are cooked in the first wood oven in Colorado to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletan, come out with a light and slightly bubbling crust that has just the right amount of char. The tangy wings, which are also made in that oven and come coated in limoncello rather than hot sauce, are also a Denver classic.”
