Lunch/dinner are served, very creative interpretations from her ceviche, to her fried halloumi with roast vegetables to her Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder with Black Beans, Plantains and Tomatillo Salsa, and that is just one of many suggestions that cross the globe in style and flavor.
