The 40-acre Magnetic Hill Zoo is the largest in Atlantic Canada, with nearly 600 indigenous and exotic animals in residence. The range is quite broad, from African lions and Amur tigers to the indigenous white-tailed deer and woodland caribou.

The Magnetic Hill Zoo’s 40 acre park provides a friendly environment for visitors to experience an appreciation for and connection to more than 70 indigenous and exotic species. The Animal Care team strive to provide excellent care and enrichment for the lives these animals. The Zoo is divided into four distinct areas: the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Discovery. The Magnetic Hill Zoo is a CAZA accredited Zoo. (Canada's Accredited Zoos & Aquariums) Throughout the year, the Zoo hosts special seasonal events and fundraisers. The Magnetic Hill Zoo is a 16-hectare zoo located adjacent to Magnetic Hill and the Magic Mountain in the Magnetic Hill Area of Moncton, New Brunswick. The zoo has over 400 animals, making it the largest zoo in Atlantic Canada
