Only 5 km by house. The restaurant bases its cuisine on Piedmontese tradition, with some winks to nearby Liguria, and on vegetables grown in the adjacent garden. There is always a tasting menu that reflects tradition for € 35.00(2021 prices) per person, excluding wines, and typical specialties on and off the menu. The dishes that can never be missed are the Piedmontese Fassona battuta, the agnolotti, the Piedmontese mixed fry. In winter, the boiled meats cart is always present with all its delicious accompaniments. The king of the table cannot be missing, the truffle! In its white or black variant, depending on the season, it is present on the menu.
