Balance Rock, is another family owned farm with many generations of farmers in a long line. Today, it is run by a great guy named Buddy Wheeler. He is I do believe the 6th generation. They have meat and eggs, and chicken and hay and barn yard animal feed, and honey and local maple syrup etc.... My favorite thing here is the bacon. But we also often buy our goat and chicken feed here as well. When some bunnies were left here, it was Buddy, who built us a hutch for them. He is one of the people I go to for farming advice quite regularly as farming is new to me. They also offer the best fresh unfrozen thanksgiving turkeys.

Balance Rock Farm, is one of my favorite local farms. They are just the nicest people. Full of good advice and great farming stories. This farm has been in the same family for generations. Inside you find fresh local honey, and a range of other things including local maple syrup. Great place to pick up a few odds and ends for sure. I couldn't do what I do here at Wildflower, without the wonderful and unfailing advice I get from the folks down at Balance Rock.
