This is an Insider Tip. Most folks go to the sub shop across from the metered parking lot at Jenness. But this is a lot better, and they have a convenience store and much cleaner restrooms (private,too) than down the street at the state beach. If you are lucky enough to find parking on the street anywhere near here, it's free. And you can use the restrooms as long as you buy something.
