A memorable and sad experience. The guided tour was very helpful and highly recommended in order to see and learn about all of the elements of the museum and memorial.

The beautiful outdoor memorial is public and there is no charge. It is also right in the Financial District, so you can explore Wall Street, Battery Park, and more in just a few minutes walk.
