This is a national landmark with historical Amerindian influence. The "Hill" is great for sightseeing, picnics, exercise, meditation; and is a beautiful spot for wedding receptions and parties.

San Fernando Hill, also referred to as Naparima Hill, is the place to be for photographers and visitors who want to experience wide-reaching views of the city and island of Trinidad. Accessible by car or foot, the 600-foot-tall hill affords views of southern and central Trinidad, as well as the mountains of Venezuela. San Fernando Hill (officially known as Naparima Hill, and frequently referred to by the locals as simply The Hill) is a 192-m hill which lies at the centre of the city of San Fernando in Trinidad and Tobago. The hill, an outcrop of Argillite is the highest point in the Naparima Plains.
