Haripunchai (Hariphunjaya) National Museum is not a large size museum. It is however stores and displays numbers of significant and oldest stone scripts in Thailand dated back to 8th Century during the ethnic Mon kingdom of Hariphunjaya. The museum also offers numbers of rare Dvaravati-Hariphunjaya Mon artefacts that reflect the glorious days of the last ancient Mon stronghold in the northern region of Thailand before the seize by Tai Tribe from the north.
